Delivery

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.


In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old.


When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery MUST show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If there is not a 21 year old person to receive the shipment, most carriers will attempt a second delivery. If during the second delivery attempt there is still not a 21 year old person available to receive your package, it will be returned to Pinnacle Wine.


By purchasing items thru the Pinnacle Wine website or via telephone, you agree to the conditions outlined herein.


 

Pinnacle Wine Return and Exchange Policy

Should you encounter a situation where you need to return an item to Pinnacle Wine, due to breakage, defects or spoliage, we offer a 100% satisfaction gaurentee. We will replace any bad or broken items, as long as you contact us regarding the return or exchange within 30 days of puchase and you the follow:

Certain times of year, typically the coldest part of winter and the hotest part of summer, we will require you to choose a certain shipping method. For example, a message stating "You must choose 2nd Day Air, or faster, service due to current weather conditions." may be displayed at checkout.

If you adhere to these requests and you receive damaged or bad merchandise, we will replace it at our expense.

We know wine is a fun libation, we sure like to consume wine during fun times with run friends. However, security, is no laughing matter. So, I want to make this very clear: We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Period! If you have any questions at all about our privacy policy, please use this form to contact us.

  1. We take security on our site extremely serious and that especially includes your personal data. We store your personal/contact information as a convenience for you. We consider your personal information to be exactly that, yours, not ours . . . not anyone else's. We employ a very robust security system on our servers to protect your personal information.

  2. We don't store credit cards on our site.   Identity theft continues to rise and no system is fool proof. If we don't store credit card numbers, your information is less vulnerable to attack, this passive security measure protects you. You will be required to enter a card number every time you make a purchase.

  3. Resale or disclosure of information to third parties: Pinnacle Wine does not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected at our site, including contact forms, download requests or email lists. We are in business to sell wine, not information.
