MOUNTAIN DOME WINERY BRUT SPARKLING

For two decades, owner/winemaker Michael Manz has focused on crafting delicious sparkling wines (and the occasional still wine). The Spokane winery features gnomes on the label and a geodesic dome next to the winery. This dry sparkler shows off classic yeasty and fruit aromas with hints of crushed almonds and a rich mouth feel with flavors of apples and pears. A tasty wine to pair with seafood.

Mountain Dome's multi-vintage Brut is a blend of six separate vintages. They were fermented in small French oak barrels and aged in the bottle for 4 years before disgorging. This gives the wine a complex bouquet and rich taste. The gnomes on the label reflects our families belief that everyone needs a sparkle in their lives.
