Winemaker's Notes: "This Pinot Noir has a good color, an inviting, aromatic, sweet bouquet of red and black cherry with light earthy, oaky, jammy notes. The flavors are rich of red and black cherry, chocolate with an earthy character, a light oak and vanilla note round out the flavors. The wine has a spicy finish, with the presence of ripe, mouth filling, yet approachable tannins and black pepper notes." - Jacques Tardy, winemaker
