California's wine grape harvest began normally, but some above average temperatures in
early September caused the pace to quicken. Cool weather followed and allowed the grapes
to have a good amount of hang time. The resulting wines exhibit ripe fruit flavors with balanced
acidity.
Vinification
A long, cool, slow ferment in stainless steel tanks retained the bright varietal aromatics.
