BEAULIEU VINEYARDS NAPA CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2008

Shows a sense of harmony and grace, with cola, cherry, plum and dill-laced oak. Lots of flavor and character for the vintage. Dark ruby-black color. Lovely herbal, black cherry, plum, cassis and dark chocolate aromas. Medium full-bodied, with lush berry, anise and jam flavors, balanced by sweet lush fruit and supple tannins. Very fine Cabernet fruit flavors and firm but plushtexture make this wine drinkable now, yet capable of aging for 5-8 years. Enjoy with grilled meat dishes, a rich lamb stew or firm cheeses like Manchego.
